About the role:

We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to handle recruitment and onboarding for Rockpool Homes throughout South-East Queensland. This position, based at our Carseldine Home, is perfect for a recent HR graduate eager to begin their HR career. Whilst exposure to high demand recruitment is highly preferred, it is not essential. More importantly, candidates should have a strong interest in HR/Recruitment and a passion for innovation through technology.

About you:

Previous experience in high demand recruitment role highly preferred

Exceptional customer and communication skills

Advanced Microsoft suite/systems skills

High level attention to detail and time management skills

The ability to continually examine process improvement

A team collaboration style and supportive attitude
