A newly created role, Mitolo Family Farms are looking to welcome a Recruitment Coordinator to their People & Culture team.
About the Role As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will report to the Head of People and create effective working relationships with internal department leaders. You will effectively implement recruitment strategies to drive the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure staffing requirements are consistently met. Recruiting a range of roles across the business, you will enjoy the variety that each day brings looking to the future to proactively recruit in line with business needs.
