About the role An exciting opportunity exists for a suitably qualified person to work within the Medical Workforce Recruitment team.
Be part of a dynamic team Recruiting and Onboarding Junior Medical Officers to Barwon Health.
This role forms an integral part of the team providing leadership, advice and support to the wider Medical Workforce Team.
The role is responsible for, but not limited to: Ensuring services are appropriately delivered pertaining to the recruitment, appointment, onboarding and contracts/variations/cessations of Junior Medical Staff employed at Barwon Health Provide recruitment information and appointments advice to Junior Medical Staff with consideration of the Doctors in Training Enterprise Agreement Support the Medical Workforce Unit in general by being responsible for developing & managing the Barwon Doctors Intranet and Microsite for both Junior and Senior Staff This role is required to participate in the shared Medical Workforce on call roster About the culture Join an organisation that recognises talent, develops leaders and values their staff.
