We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our supportive, engaging and team focused People and Culture team. This role will be pivotal in supporting our recruitment efforts, ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact by collaborating with our hiring managers to support hiring needs and ensure a great candidate experience. You will manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
This role is full time on a fixed term contract until Feb 28th 2025 . There may be the opportunity to extend beyond this date.
This exciting opportunity will see you: Manage the onboarding process for successful candidates, including contracts of employment and ensuring all necessary compliance documentation is collected. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the values of TRS, building strong relationships with external talent and developing future talent pools. Coordinate with Hiring Managers to identify recruitment needs. Maintain accurate employee records, provide support to new hires during their onboarding and conduct follow-ups as necessary. Create and post job ads on various platforms, including external job boards. Manage job advertising platforms. Prioritise workflows and tasks within designated time constraints. Other administrative duties across the recruitment team as required. What you will bring to the role: Customer service and relationship building skills. Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems. Interest in developing skills in recruitment and talent search. The ability to work under pressure, multitask and manage multiple expectations from Hiring Managers. Track record of achieving KPI's. A passion and drive for delivering exceptional candidate care and a quality recruitment experience every time.
