We are looking for an experienced recruitment coordinator for a 6 month contract to assist our People & Culture Leader. In this role, you'll be a key player in helping with all things recruitment. This dynamic role involves a wide range of responsibilities, ensuring that no two days are the same. You will be instrumental in engaging with a diverse array of internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of our recruitment processes. Your efforts will help keep our hiring process running smoothly and bring great new talent on board!
What's Involved:
Drafting and posting job adverts
Screening job applications and resumes
Sourcing candidates and creating talent pools
Scheduling interviews, meetings, and briefings
Conducting reference checks and processing offers
System administration, data input, and reporting
What You Will Have:
An understanding of or desire to learn recruitment processes (one year of recruitment experience desirable)
Relevant recruitment or administration experience, preferably within a fast-paced, high-volume, or process-driven environment.
Strong communication and administrative abilities, assisting with candidate screening and offer management; coordinating employment checks and preparing reports, etc.
Sense of urgency and an ability to work within a fast-paced environment
An ability to handle multiple roles at varying stages of a process and perform all resourcing process steps with a high degree of speed, accuracy, and competency.
