Job Responsibilities 1+ years of recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR or equivalent experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint Schedule interviews and work directly with candidates and hiring managers. Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email. Coordinate onsite written assessments for candidates. Track recruiting activities and provide weekly reporting on candidate status. Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency. Educate clients on the recruiting process and the roles involved. Arrange candidate travel and accommodation as required for domestic and international travel. Vendor Engagement - Manage vendors/agencies in updating recruitment activities and candidate status regularly. Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed. Update candidate records in the recruiting system – HIRE. Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates' skills. Arrange for candidate reimbursements, especially for overseas and domestic candidates when necessary. About the Team The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Talent Acquisition team is seeking a talented, customer-focused Recruitment Coordinator to join their team. As a Recruiting Coordinator, your core role will focus on coordinating interview scheduling activities across the Asia-Pacific region to delight candidates and provide them with a best-in-class interviewing experience. You will be part of a collaborative team with stakeholders fully committed to the recruitment journey.
This position is for a 12-month fixed-term period.
