Responsibilities Technical recruitment across Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, Public Sector, and Retail sectors Recruitment lifecycle management, including relevant employment checks Ensure candidates have the right qualifications Identify market trends and generate new business wins Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships Responsible for internal/external permanent recruitment services Write and advertise job advertisements Source suitable candidates and headhunt 'A grade' candidates Represent the business at events and use marketing tools for candidate sourcing Confidence in learning CRM systems Work closely with the Commercial director and HR function Liaise with customers, arrange interviews, and hand over the offer process Work with the marketing partner to develop the Professional Services brand Essential Skills Experienced technical recruiter in a fast-paced environment Account management knowledge Confidence in using CRM systems Proficient in recruitment databases, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter Previous experience in recruitment agency setting or internal recruitment Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Proven ability to win work and produce reports Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to prioritize heavy workloads Adaptable, resilient, and target-driven Passionate about growing and potentially managing a team Flexible, hardworking, and honest Hold a clean UK driving license and full rights to work in the UK
