Recruitment Consultant & Youth Worker - No experience requiredAt Jobs Statewide, we hold our relationships between employers and employees close to our core.

About the role: We have 2 roles available dependent on your experience.
In these roles, you will either work with a mixed caseload of participants or specifically with youth between 15-24 years of age.
Our goal is to work with these individuals to understand their career goals and find new job opportunities with local employers who will give people the chance to succeed.
Here's how we do that: Meet with job seekers to understand what they can and are willing to do, when it comes to employment.Build and maintain relationships with our employers; all you have to do is build a relationship with local employers, and it doesn't cost anything for an employer to work with us.Provide support to employers and job seekers to obtain interviews and new opportunities – we can also help support job seekers with clothes, bills, transport, and much more.Get excited about job opportunities that you know will be the perfect match for your job seekers.Traits that will make you successful in the role: Bubbly and ambitious attitude.Ability to be flexible with individuals' needs.Enthusiastic to speak to new employers every day.Experience in fast food or customer service is highly regarded, but not required.What we can give to you: Competitive remuneration package on offer with rapid career progression opportunities.Comprehensive training and development programs.Opportunities for progression into Team Leader & Management.A supportive and dynamic work environment.Multiple opportunities across Australia if you're looking for a change of scenery.Good to great leadership program for those interested in a management position.From 4:30 Fridays, celebrate the week with drinks + nibbles with your colleagues.What's next: Apply with your most updated resume.
