Your Role As a Talent Solutions Specialist, you will act as an Account and delivery Manager within the Brennan IT Staff Augmentation department in WA.
This includes working with the highly engaged Brennan customer portfolio to deliver on Talent Solutions including consultant / contractor placements and permanent hires.
Your responsibilities: Working with customers to undersatnd their project pipelines to assist with resource forecasting and planning along with providing analysis around commercials for budget approvals  Working with customers to assist with the scoping of job descriptions and requirements Prepare and manage sourcing strategies Screen, test and interview consultants to create pre-qualified talent pools for current and future opportunities Create and submit consultant profiles to clients Make verbal offers and undertake rate negotiation as applicable Ensure all candidates have a consistent, positive and customer focused experience throughout the recruitment process What experience you will bring to the team: Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment of IT or professional services roles Startegic and consultative in approach Demonstrable stakeholder / account management / account development skills Strong commercial acumen Possess a strong sense of urgency and be self motivated Competitive with a strong desire to win Must be a results driven individual and be customer focused Proven ability to multi task and prioritise workload Experience selling staff augmentation services would be advantageous Note:  As part of our hiring process, you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History Check.
