You will be working as part of a team who can help guide you on this journey.About your roleAs a Recruitment Consultant in our Education team, you will be responsible for running a 360° desk focusing on permanent recruitment with our Schools (Primary and Secondary) team.
You will take pride in moving employers through the complete hiring process from initial client acquisition to placement and aftercare demonstrating your knowledge, skill and care throughout.To help achieve your career goals you will be supported by an experienced manager and mentors as well as an established learning and development platform for continuous training.Responsibilities include:Build and manage your relationship with clients in the Schools sectorBusiness development with new clientsHeadhunting, candidate attraction and talent poolingScreening, interviewing and presentation of candidatesStaying up to date with industry trends and remaining knowledgeable on the marketWhat we are looking forYou thrive on building trusting relationships and have previous local experience in sales, which has honed your skills in exceeding sales targets.
