The Role:Interviewing, shortlisting and building long-term relationships with our Gough clients and candidatesTaking job briefs and negotiating fees with clientsBusiness development to win new accounts & client meetingsWorking collaboratively with a goal-orientated team towards a team goalPreparing advertising and marketing campaigns via social media and Gough's extensive databaseWho are we looking for?Experience within Recruitment or experience within the Property industry in a Sales/Leasing, BDM or Property Management capacityMeticulous attention to detail and excellent admin skillsArticulate communication and ability to build key relationshipsA fire in the belly to be the best without losing sight of teamwork and collaborationQuick thinking, solutions focused and high-level customer serviceIn a Nutshell...We are looking for someone with passion and knowledge of the property industry, someone with a hunger for Business Development, networking and working towards sales targets.
