We are willing to look at candidates with either recruitment experience or some type of mining experience whether in blue or white collar roles.
Our recruitment focus is on mining, covering open pit & underground operations, processing, geology & administration.

You must enjoy communicating with people either by phone or face to face; if you only want to text or email, this role isn't for you.

Attention to detail, having a sense of urgency, being reliable & punctual is an absolute must.
This role will see you regularly conducting the following on a daily basis:
Face to face interviews with candidatesFace to face meetings with clientsReference checkingSite visitsMaking a large volume of phone calls to potential candidatesLiaising with clients to mobilise our candidates in an efficient mannerBooking medicals/flights/accommodationRemuneration based on experience and we also offer many other financial & work/life balance rewards.

Candidates must be able to meet the following criteria to be considered:
