Requirements Key Responsibilities: Business Development : Identify, target, and engage with potential medical clients to bring business opportunities to the agency.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Candidate Attraction and Sourcing : Utilize various sourcing methods to attract and shortlist high-quality medical professionals for client vacancies.
Full Recruitment Lifecycle Management : Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviews, feedback, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Market Research : Stay informed about trends and developments in the medical sector to anticipate client needs and recruitment challenges.
Networking and Outreach : Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the client base and candidate pool.
Sales and Revenue Generation : Meet or exceed targets for revenue generation through placements and new client acquisition.
Team Collaboration : Collaborate with the internal team to share insights, coordinate efforts, and support the overall growth of the agency.
Compliance and Best Practices : Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and internal policies, maintaining a high standard of integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as a 360 recruiter, preferably with a focus in the medical sector.
Strong network of contacts within the medical industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
Demonstrated success in business development and achieving revenue targets.
Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in recruitment tools and technology.
Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and recruitment best practices.
