About The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in servicing and recruiting for our existing clients in the vibrant Tamworth area. This position is a result of our continuous growth, and you will be supported by a team of dedicated professionals based in the same office.
While experience is highly desirable, we are also open to training the right person who possesses a positive can-do attitude and a passion for the recruitment industry. Transferable skills will be considered for this hands-on and rewarding role, offering stability and professional development.
We Are Seeking Candidates With The Following Qualities
Background and knowledge of primary industry recruitment and/or similar experience. Ability to learn, understand, and interpret Animal Welfare, Quarantine, and GMP policies and practices. Experience in managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Strong administration, organizational, and time management skills. Willingness to be trained and proficiently use our rostering and recruitment systems. Desirable: Experience in WHS site evaluations and Tool Box facilitation (training provided).
