Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Advisory: Collaborate with business leaders to define talent acquisition needs and develop customised recruitment strategies that align with company goals and vision.
Talent Pipeline Development: Build and nurture a strong network of qualified candidates, proactively engaging top talent via diverse recruitment channels.
End-to-End Recruitment Management: Lead the full recruitment process for complex technical and operational roles, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Continuous Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to streamline recruitment processes, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality services for hiring managers.
Recruitment Data Analysis: Track and analyse recruitment data to ensure you're meeting key performance metrics and continuously improving company strategies.
Compliance & Best Practice: Ensure recruitment processes are fully compliant with legal, regulatory, and company standards, while fostering a fair and inclusive hiring approach.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams, guiding them on talent acquisition strategies, market trends, and recruitment best practices.
What You'll Bring
Proven Expertise: You bring 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the mining, resources, or energy sectors, with a strong track record of filling complex, niche roles.
Strategic & Consultative Mindset: You have a strategic approach to recruitment and the ability to advise senior leaders on best practices, talent trends, and workforce planning.
Exceptional Communication: Your ability to build rapport and influence at all levels is second to none.
You enjoy building relationships and thrive within collaborative environments.
Analytical & Data-Driven: You're a problem-solver who uses data to make informed decisions, continually optimising the recruitment process to drive results.
