Ozland is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Forrestdale.

About the role:
Support our 5 WA sites and our Forrestdale workshop with recruitment requirements
Source, phone screen, assist in interviews, reference check and complete end-to-end onboarding
Support our people and culture
Create advertisements and marketing campaigns for attraction
Attend team events in working hours to assist with internal referrals and retention
No KPI's – we just want the best talent
Provide reporting around recruitment, retention and market conditions
Provide support and mentorship to junior recruiters
Develop and maintain our talent pool and database
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
Full Australian working rights
Experience using LinkedIn, Seek and Indeed – essential
Seek Talent Search experience – essential
Australian drivers license and reliable transport
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Must be self-motivated and have excellent problem solving abilities
Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical
