Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow a permanent or contract Aged Care desk, depending on your expertise.Identify market gaps and new business opportunities.Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.Develop innovative candidate attraction and retention strategies.Source and engage active and passive candidates using creative approaches.Manage the full recruitment process, from job brief to placement and follow-up.Provide a professional, high-quality experience for clients and candidates.Build a strong online and social media presence to support business development and talent attraction.About You
You're driven, self-motivated, and thrive on building relationships and achieving results. You have agency recruitment experience and a proven ability to grow a desk.
You will have:
Experience managing permanent or contract desks, ideally in Aged Care or healthcare.A consistent billing record in previous roles.Strong business development and sales skills.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.A passion for relationship building and career matchmaking.An interest in healthcare or aged care (preferred but not essential).Ready to Apply?
