Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to specialise in Development at our Sydney office.
Salary will be between $80,000.00 and $100,000.00 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities: Developing strong outcome-driven relationshipsGrowing revenue with existing contacts and generating new relationshipsDelivering end-to-end 360 recruitment solutionsTalent pooling and market/project mappingRecruiting both contract and permanent rolesYou will have the following skills/experience: Bachelor degree in a relevant field preferredAt least 2 years' experience in a similar roleA professional attitude with excellent communication skillsVery self-motivatedA strong desire to achieve company and personal goalsExcellent time-management and strong organisational skillsThe ability to work and respond positively under pressureHigh energy levels, ability to drive business and generate sales opportunities
