ONE REC Global are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join one of our client's growing business development team based in Sydney.
In this role, you will provide excellent communication to ensure a great experience throughout the entire hiring process and alignment of these resources to our clients as part of our growing staff augmentation services.
You will recruit both permanent and contract staff spread across ANZ and offshore into the Philippines. You will also serve as a brand and culture ambassador, actively engaging with the internal team, starting conversations, and building relationships. You have A passion for technology and at least four years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant.An extensive network of candidates in the digital space and experience in hiring UX/UI Designers, Native Mobile Engineers (Android, iOS & React Native), Web Engineers (.Net & JS), QA Engineers, and Cloud and DevOps Engineers.The ability to manage multiple roles while also focusing on employer branding and your career development.The aptitude to know what to prioritise, and you're so organised and reliable that you rarely drop the ball (it's ok to make mistakes).Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage upwards and engage managers at all levels.Clear communication skills and you're hungry for results and growth.The drive to work in a team; everyone loves and wants to work with you!
