We are currently interested in expanding our Accounting & Finance team across the Commercial, Government and Public Practice space.

About the RoleMeet with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements.Utilise various methods to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.Conduct headhunting and direct sourcing strategies to attract top talent.Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.Build and maintain relationships with candidates, keeping them informed throughout the hiring process.Provide feedback to candidates after interviews and maintain communication.Serve as the main point of contact between the client and candidates.Arrange and coordinate client-candidate meetings and interviews.Manage offers with both clients and candidates.Skills & ExperienceExperience working in a 360-recruitment role, ideally having worked within the Accounting and Finance space.Have a good understanding as to how either a temporary, permanent or fixed term desk operates.Have experience self-generating jobs.Have experience further developing existing clients.Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.Benefits20 days holiday plus 5 extra days.Birthday leave.Option of 2 commissions models plus extra benefits at Principal and Partner level.Quarterly incentives including $100k lunch club.Global incentive trips (including Las Vegas, Croatia, Uruguay and many more).Flexible working and WFH options.Yearly flu jabs and skin checks.
