Your responsibilities will include:
end-to-end recruitment within your core accounts across ANZsearching and pipelining talent to meet market demandscollaborating with your team ensuring best outcomes across all rolesconsulting and supporting customers with market insightsdelivering on our core values and action principalsTo be considered for this role, you will:
have experience as a 360 recruitment professional or within talent acquisitionbe a team player driven by overall business successbe passionate about both client and candidate outcomeshave strong consultation skillsbe highly organisedany background in the pharmaceutical industry, or in our core verticals advantageous.As this is a newly created role, we are open to any level of recruitment experience. We have a dedicated in-house Learning Director to support you in your recruitment development. Flexibility is part of our culture! We work from home and office, with two compulsory team days in the office.
