Role DescriptionAs a Recruitment Consultant at Airswift in Perth, you will manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from selling Airswift's permanent hiring solutions to sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies. You'll deliver tailored recruitment offerings to our global, regional, and new business clients, ensuring a high-quality service. A key part of your role will be proactively seeking new business opportunities to maximise GP revenue, while demonstrating the full suite of Airswift's services to clients and internally. This is an exciting opportunity to drive success in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Principle Accountabilities:Lead and manage the end-to-end 360 recruitment cycle, including selling Airswift's permanent hiring solution to sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.Deliver a range of permanent recruitment offerings and tailored solutions to Airswift's key global, regional, and new business clients.Proactively hunt for new business and capitalise on opportunities to maximise GP revenue.Be able to demonstrate Airswift's full suite of services both internally and in a client-facing environment.Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:A strong team player and the ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce.Tenacious and determined to succeed.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Possess strong organizational skills and must be detail-oriented.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).Demonstrable leadership ability and be seen as a role model/expert.A great work ethic with a desire to get the job at hand done.Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant or phone-based sales role preferred, but not required.A decision maker and solutions provider.Be able to identify and secure sales opportunities across all the suite of services.2-3 years of experience in recruitment.Developed client relationship management skills.What we can offer you!Attractive monthly base salary + competitive commission/performance bonus.Genuine career progression opportunities, either locally or globally!World-class training programs and development opportunities.Virtual Onboarding Events exclusively for new hires.Team-driven environment, supportive culture with a focus on work-life balance.Career breaks available after one year.Real-time recognition through our employee reward platform.Mental Health First Aiders to signpost you to support when you need it.Yearly destination trips as part of our High Flyers program (Dubai, Buenos Aires, etc…)Charity days for various important causes such as Relay for Life and Earth Day.Our Core Values:Growth - In life and business, one must grow to flourish and achieve high ambitions.
