The Role:Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join us full-time in Perth.
Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, you will assist in the Recruitment of White and Blue Collar personnel.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.Use your industry expertise to attract top talent in the Construction and Oil & Gas sectors.Provide a high-quality candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.About You:To be successful in this role you will require:
