We are looking for a recruitment consultant to join our talented and very successful team in Leeds to support with the part qualified and qualified interim accountancy market.

Responsibilities

Your promise to us:
Searching and sourcing part qualified/qualified accountancy, finance, or advisory professionals within the UK for temporary or permanent opportunities.Mapping industry trends and job leads with an emphasis on networking and referrals.Telephone screening candidates, carrying out initial face-to-face interviews, and organising further meetings with the appropriate recruitment consultants.Updating and maintaining the recruitment system/database.Providing a short-list of CVs for consultants within requested time frames.Generating new business through a variety of business development techniques.Meeting sales/NFI targets in line with the business plan and personal objectives, and conducting a monthly 1:1 meeting with the manager.
