Fetch specializes in both permanent recruitment and blue-collar labour hire across construction, design, business support, manufacturing, and trades, and experience in these industries is highly regarded.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Play an active role in account management and business developmentManage recruitment process from start to finish with both Clients and CandidatesDevelop knowledge of the market to enable you to generate businessUse various strategies to successfully attract candidatesQualify candidate suitability and client commitment for current or future vacancies, following best practices.We are looking for people who are career driven, resilient and have strong business acumen.
