Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to specialise in Development of our Finite office in our Melbourne office. Salary will be between $80,000 and $100,000 per annum, depending on experience. Responsibilities: Developing strong outcome driven relationships Growing revenue with existing contacts and generating new relationships Delivering end to end 360 recruitment solutions Talent pooling and market/project mapping Recruiting both contract and permanent roles You will have the following skills/experience: Bachelor degree in a relevant field preferred At least 2 years' experience in a similar role A professional attitude with excellent communication skills Very self-motivated A strong desire to achieve company and personal goals Excellent time-management and strong organisational skills The ability to work and respond positively under pressure High energy levels, ability to drive business and generate sales opportunities
