The Recruitment Consultant will work closely with the hiring managers and senior operations and developments team to understand their talent needs and deliver end-to-end acquisition support and talent solutions.

Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify talent requirementsManaging the entire recruitment process, from approval to onboardingUtilizing innovative sourcing strategies, including social media and new platformsEnsuring a superior candidate experience throughout the recruitment journeyContinuously refining recruitment processes and strategiesWillingness to travel interstate as required The ideal candidate will possess:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiencesStrong time management, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize and meet deadlines effectivelyFamiliarity with JobAdder is advantageousKnowledge of the Early Childhood industry is a plus What's next?
