Role Overview Recruitment Consultants at Talent Street are critical to our business structure, providing expertise in sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent. They are responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle, job profiling, relationship building and ultimately facilitation of candidate placement and post-placement follow-up.
The Recruitment Consultant - Federal Government, will play a key role in developing and growing Talent Street's Federal Government client base and lead the growth of our footprint of ICT contractors in Canberra. The role requires an enthusiastic, professional and quality focussed IT Recruitment Consultant who thrives on actively exploring and building relationships with top notch candidates.
In line with the above responsibilities, Talent Street Recruitment Consultants lead the usage of our recruitment database – Vincere. Our database is depended upon to provide up to date and accurate information and is the source of vital data powering the Talent Street business.
With demonstrated experience delivering recruitment solutions into Federal Government, this role assumes the lead on Talent Street's recruitment delivery into ICT stakeholders across the Federal Government network.
This role requires a deep understanding of the IT industry, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
Key Activities Recruitment for Talent Street Federal Government clients.Consistent proactive recruitment activities, focussed on relationship building and talent pooling across targeted Information Technology role families, which include but are not limited to:*Security
*Architecture
*Development
*Data & Analytics
*Testing
End to end recruitment of released roles through the Digital Marketplace / Buy ICT platform.Maintaining the Talent Street recruitment system, with attention to detail and timeliness.Organising and attending regular relationship enhancing meetings, proactively meeting the market and building trust with candidates.Required Experience 3+ years of IT recruitment delivery experience.Established network of ICT candidates across multiple disciplines.Experience working with and delivering recruitment solutions to Federal Government.Capability to contribute to the evolution of Talent Street's recruitment development strategy and processes, with a specific lens of Federal Government entities.Capability to work autonomously / with support to deliver the requirements of the role.A can-do attitude and the thirst to roll up your sleeves when required.A history of delivering high quality solutions to clients, with quality and integrity.We look forward to receiving your application and exploring this opportunity with you.
