What You'll Do:
As the Recruitment Consultant in this team, you will be working alongside a leading Managers in their Industry Sectors! With experience spanning over 40 years providing exceptional service to the market. You'll be at the forefront of our mission to connect top talent with leading organisations across Australia.
Your responsibilities will include: Building strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.Managing the end to end recruitment lifecycle.Proactively sourcing and attracting skilled candidates through innovative strategies.Assessing candidate suitability and presenting them to clients with confidence.Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.Cultivating sales leads and driving business development initiatives.Networking with industry professionals to stay ahead of trends and opportunities.Expansion of the existing active and very warm clients through further business development and account managementCross sell all areas of the business.Working on finding candidates to fill jobs by advertising, CRM searching and head hunting.Maintaining active pools of candidatesAdhering to compliance requirements What We're Looking For:
We're seeking individuals who are:
Previous recruitment/sales experience combined with a strong understanding of delivering recruitment solutions and recruitment process, ideally in an agency environment.Passionate about recruitment and dedicated to delivering results.Excellent communicators with the ability to build rapport quickly.The ability to deliver high quality outcomes for your clients and have a passion for candidate care.Proactive problem-solvers who thrive in a fast-paced environment.Sales-driven with a hunger for success and exceeding targets.Team players who collaborate effectively to achieve shared goals.Tenacity and self-motivation and the ability to demonstrate your high level of organisational skills.The ability to work autonomously whilst collaborating with colleagues. Open to any Industry experience, we are recruiting across all our teams.
