The role
The Recruitment Consultant is a key member of the team and provides dedicated direct-to-client recruitment activities to support hiring managers.
This critical work includes managing recruitment workforce activities to support best practice recruitment and systems outcomes for the Department of Health.
The Recruitment Consultant will provide high-quality advice and application of workforce activities in accordance with the workforce industrial framework in an authoritative and timely manner.
Furthermore, the Recruitment Consultant will produce and maintain reports on data relating to recruitment, providing information for analysis and identifying recruitment and selection trends.

The successful person
To be successful in this role, you will have high-level knowledge of legislation, policies, and procedures relating to recruitment and selection within a large complex environment.
You will have strong stakeholder engagement experience, demonstrating high-level communication and interpersonal skills necessary to liaise, consult, and negotiate with a variety of key stakeholders.
Furthermore, you will develop innovative solutions to complex matters to support best practice and innovative resourcing solutions to assist with meeting organizational needs.
