This is a warm desk with active candidates and clients providing regular work with scope to grow further. Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing a busy temp deskBusiness development and organically growing existing clientsBuilding sustainable long term client and candidate relationshipsSourcing and interviewing candidates and proactively marketing them into businessesWorking collaboratively with the Brisbane team and the wider IPA network
To be successful you will need:
A proven ability to identify, win and develop new business/accountsA history of achieving budgets and targets - both professionally and personallyA fire in your belly and a hunger to succeedCorporate presentation and communicationExceptional communication skills
To be considered for this role, you must have a friendly nature with the ability to engage with people of all levels and backgrounds. You must be able to work well under pressure and to tight time-lines and have the capacity to prioritise your own work load.

This role is perfect for someone already in recruitment with a good understanding of the blue-collar space. Equally open to hearing from people coming from other industries, looking to make a mark in recruitment. The main things we're looking for is someone with a good attitude, ability to build relationships and work in a team.
