Business Development

Key responsibilities will include:

Lead generation from candidate conversations, client interaction and referencesCold callingClient visitsAccount managementEntertaining existing clientsAttending industry functions

Recruitment

Fast-paced filling of blue-collar rolesMarketing roles on job boards, via social media and text/email to databaseCollecting accurate documentation of work rights, high-risk licenses and qualificationsOH&S checks and follow up calls

To be considered for the position you will have the following:

Previous experience running a 360 degree recruitment desk in the blue collar industryCold calling experience to generate businessAttention to detail and ability to multi taskPositive Attitude & ResilienceAustralian work rights and currently residing in Brisbane, Queensland
