Recruitment Consultant

Position:  Recruitment Consultant Position Type : Full-Time Location: Toowong QLD 4066 Our client is seeking a full-time Recruitment Consultant to join their team located in Toowong, Queensland.Tasks required include: Organise the advertising of job vacancies, conduct applicant interviews and testing, and manage the staff selection process;  Keep accurate personnel records and manage associated human resource information systems to ensure data integrity and compliance; Offer job vacancy information within the organisation to both employers and job seekers, facilitating effective recruitment; Engage in negotiations concerning terms and conditions of employment and work to resolve any disputes that arise; Interview job applicants to ascertain their requirements and suitability for specific roles, assisting employers in finding appropriate candidates.Requirements: At least a relevant AQF or equivalent bachelor's degree or higher qualification; or At least five (5) years of relevant work experience may substitute for formal qualification A minimum of two (2) years of full-time relevant experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
