As one of our Recruitment Consultants, you will assist local Albury Wodonga businesses to source and employ great talent.
You get to talk to people every day and hear their stories.
Most of all, you get to make that phone call and tell someone, "YOU GOT THE JOB".
You will join a team of experienced Consultants, with an existing database of great Candidates and long-standing Clients.
To be considered for this role, candidates should have relevant labour hire or permanent recruitment experience, a strong understanding of local business and the labour market, be results-driven, have the ability to effectively build client relationships, possess strong local business connections, and demonstrate excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
Strong computer literacy will also be highly regarded.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
Business development to source new clients
Account managing client relationships
Managing interviews and creating shortlists of quality candidates
Negotiation between clients and candidates
Interviewing and screening candidates on a regular basis
Contributing to the success of MP Training & Recruitment
