We are open to looking at people with minimal recruitment experience, those with lots of recruitment experience and we are also happy to look at those who don't have any experience- what we are looking for is a strong sales drive, self-motivation, drive to succeed, results-focused, genuine team player, easy to get along with, AND that X Factor.
