About the job Working as part of the Workforce Solutions Central Support Division, the Recruitment Consultant works closely with our local and national clients in finding the best people to staff their business by attracting candidates, screening and matching them to appropriate positions.
Build relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to know and understand their labour requirements Identify and build new business locally in the South Australian market Collaborate with clients to understand job briefs and person specifications, developing targeted attraction and recruitment programs Implement proactive sourcing strategies using job boards and other channels Design, plan, and execute end-to-end recruitment processes Provide recruitment advice and guidance to job seekers, oversee candidate pools locally and nationally Facilitate agreements between candidates and employers Undertaking end to end administration functions for all national hires Limited travel may be required in line with business requirements in the case of large recruiting plans that occur interstate and rurally across Australia.
About you: Proven success in sourcing talent using various acquisition tools and techniques Confident in building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Proven ability to identify new opportunities Demonstrated ability to convert new business Strong project management mindset, able to handle multiple roles in the recruitment process Natural influencing and negotiating skills with sound judgment Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking communication skills Highly organized, able to work independently and meet targets Passionate about people and hands-on recruitment Knowledgeable in employment laws related to recruitment and selection About our benefits The base remuneration for this role is offered as a base plus superannuation and salary packaging up to $15,900 per annum.
