The role of the Recruitment Business Partner is to manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent. You are also responsible for drafting job advertisements, advertising, applicant management and process control, screening, short-listing and assessing candidates in conjunction with the hiring managers, and using the recruitment management system.
Main Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with the key values of the organisation in all parts of the role. Ensure that the new employees are hired in accordance with the Ramp up timeframe and culture fit for the Organisation. Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations. Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices. Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team. Develop, release, and monitor job postings on all platforms, such as social media and job boards. Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements. Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business. Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation. Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships. Follow up on interview process status and update records in the internal database. Provide coaching and guidance to any junior level recruiting staff. Promote the company's reputation as "best place to work." Collaborate closely with the Recruitment team in HQ (Paris) and participate in HQ Initiatives such as the creation of the Graduate program.
