You will maintain efficient systems and processes to ensure a smooth and effective hiring and candidate experience. Additionally, you will provide invaluable support to our recruiting managers, assisting them to identify and onboard top talent.What Your Day Will Look LikeCoordinate the internal & external recruitment function across CouncilMake recommendations and assist in developing strategic and operational plans for the recruitment functionProvide advice, assistance and coaching across council on best practice Recruitment processes.Undertake recruitment projects with minimal supervision.Partner with managers to provide strategic advice to develop appropriate recruitment & retention strategies which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements with consideration to workforce capability.What You'll Need For SuccessBroad generalist human resources experience with particular focus on recruitment, attraction and retention and knowledge of contemporary issues in human resources and recruitment.Highly developed organisational skills to meet conflicting deadlines whilst maintaining integrity and quality of recruitment and selection methods.
