What we are looking for: Are you a skilled recruiter with experience in end-to-end recruitment? Are you passionate about driving talent acquisition and ensuring a seamless recruitment process?
Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where your skills in coordination and systems management make a significant impact?
As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and implementing our recruitment and selection processes. You will maintain efficient systems and processes to ensure a smooth and effective hiring experience. Additionally, you will provide invaluable support to our recruiting managers, assisting them to identify and onboard top talent.
The role will involve:
Working with hiring managers and departments to forecast needs and develop recruitment strategies Ensuring relevant documents and systems are kept up to date and compliant Working closely with the Employee Relations team on employee movements Keeping up to date with market trends and advising on best practice Participating in the review of People, Safety and Wellbeing policies and procedures, ensuring they are fit for purpose Pleaseclick here to view a full Position Description.
What you should have to apply: You'll have significant administration experience preferably within a recruitment or human resources role, working in a high volume, fast paced environment. You'll enjoy keeping up to date with market trends and will employ creative advertising strategies. A natural relationship builder, you'll be able to build genuine relationships with hiring managers with ease.
