Recruitment Associate - Property / Real Estate
At Oak Recruitment, due to growth we are expanding! We are the largest Real Estate & Strata specific Recruitment Firm in VIC, with offices in VIC & NSW.
We are wanting to train someone into a full time, Monday - Friday Recruitment Consultant to take over one of our top performing Director's recruitment desks, helping people find jobs in Real Estate, Property & Corporate sector.
You will be given a phone, laptop, training, great office space to work from (most of our staff catch public transport or drive into the office), and everything you need to succeed.
Hours: Work Monday to Friday 9-5:00pm (after hours / WFH options at your & our discretion), you also can work 8:30am - 4:30pm, and we finish circa 4:30pm regardless on Fridays.
Money: Expect to earn a base/retainer of 50-70K + Comms, with 1st year earnings as 100-150K/annum. Most of our staff are in-fact on track to do more than this!
JOB DUTIES:
- Post SEEK adds, attracting qualified candidates, and then helping them to secure a job, selling them into companies and making a good match
- Work with real estate, corporate companies and clients, calling them on the phone, finding out what staff they need, and then trying to secure those staff members for them, in exchange for a recruitment fee (typically a week or so process)
- Negotiate with candidates and clients, build your network and LinkedIn profile, and become known in the industry.
You will be using JobAdder (easy to use recruitment software), LinkedIn, Microsoft Office365, you will have our high end office space with huge kitchen, lockers, shower, private boardroom and top of the line facilities.

Base Salary/Retainer (negotiable) of $50-$70K + Commissions (Earn 100K + in your first year, paid monthly end of month for you, as your budgets are monthly)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Real Estate/Property Experience (ideally)
- Recruitment Experience or exposure (ideally)
- Excellently presented and strong written & spoken skills
