As the Recruitment and Training Administrator Trainee, you'll gain hands-on experience in all aspects of human resources and recruitment while receiving ongoing training and support.

Full-time position Based in Warragul Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm Real-world experience in HR and recruitment Ongoing mentorship and support Study options to complete a qualification in HR Join a team committed to integrity, inclusivity, respect, wellbeing, and passion What you'll be doing: Assisting with end-to-end recruitment processes, including job ads, applicant screening, and interview coordination Supporting the HR team with onboarding new employees Maintaining employee records and documentation Provide general admin support to the HR Manager Assisting in organising staff training and professional development About You: Passionate about starting a career in HR and Recruitment Great communication and organisational skills Strong IT skills A proactive and positive attitude, willing to learn Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel to our Sale office as required Valid Drivers License No prior experience required – just a strong interest in HR and Recruitment!
