We are seeking a Recruitment and Rostering Consultant to join our team for a permanent role based in the South Coast Office.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will support the region's resourcing requirements through sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates that match the client needs and then being able to effectively place candidates into shifts and manage the operational requirements for the region.
You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients and candidates and ensure successful placements of new candidates.
POSITION OBJECTIVES To develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and nurses/carers.Excel in the Recruitment and booking system.Have an excellent understanding of the compliance requirements in the region and support candidates through this process.To effectively manage all operational administration including daily inbound and outbound client and candidate calls.Qualifications Business administration, HR/Recruitment or Sales/Customer Contact certifications desirable.To be considered: Recruitment experience in the Nursing Sector (desirable)Demonstrated experience in the casual nursing agency industry.Demonstrated experience successfully leading a sales-oriented teamKnowledge of booking systems.Significant experience and demonstrated success in people-centric, multi-site service businesses.Exceptional presentation skillsEffective communication skills, written and verbal.Intermediate MS Office skills.Excellent organisational skillsAbout HCA: Healthcare Australia (HCA) is Australia's largest specialist healthcare workforce provider.
