What This Role Is All About Recruitment:Assisting clients who need to hire permanent staff, such as administration assistants, legal secretaries, or managers.Tasks include creating job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and recommending the top three candidates to clients.Your ability to assess candidates' suitability and make sound recommendations is crucial. We are only paid when the client hires a candidate we recommend.Labour Hire:Supporting clients, such as builders, who need casual staff to meet short-term project demands.Tasks include interviewing and registering casual workers and ensuring they have the required skills, transportation, and work ethic.Your judgement is vital, as the reliability and performance of our casual staff determine whether clients will hire us again.Your Responsibilities Will Include: Scheduling and coordinating interviews for recruitment clients.Conducting interviews and registering casual employees for labour hire assignments.Preparing recruitment and labour hire documents, including applications and contracts.Organising meetings and coordinating interviews with clients and candidates.Conducting background screenings and reference checks as required.Maintaining and updating the CRM system to ensure data integrity.Supporting the team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.What We're Looking For: Experience: At least two years in an office environment, with demonstrated soft skills such as time management, emotional intelligence, and decision-making. Recruitment or labour hire experience is a bonus but not essential.Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).Excellent organisation and time management.Confidence in making quick decisions, reading people, and interpreting information effectively.Attributes:A proactive attitude and strong work ethic.Exceptional customer service and communication skills.A professional and team-oriented mindset.A willingness to learn and grow within the role.This role suits individuals with experience in customer service or similar people-focused roles who are ready to take on a new challenge.
Working Hours: Flexible start times: Choose between 7:00 am – 3:30 pm or 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.This is an in-office role (no remote work), allowing you to embed your learning and develop alongside your team.Occasionally, flexibility outside standard hours may be required to meet client needs.Why Join Us?
