The Position
To complement the existing Human Resources team, a motivated and experienced part time Recruitment Advisor is needed to work collaboratively with the rest of the team based in their Brisbane head office. This position is responsible for providing timely and efficient recruitment and onboarding services, combined with some HR support activities across multiple locations around across Australia.
The Person
The successful candidate will have demonstrated recruitment skills with an emphasis on being able to work autonomously. Primary responsibilities will include:
Sourcing candidates using varied platforms and methods, shortlisting, contract preparation and onboarding. JobAdder software experience would be an advantage. Leading seasonal volume recruitment campaigns and careers event participation. Managing the careers inbox and proactively corresponding with our target audience. Contributing to our online employer branding activities Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with local and remote teams Development of recruitment skills within operations teams.
