KEY POINTS:  Location:   Brisbane CBD Contract:   Permanent WFH:        1 day  Salary:     Depending on level of experience, can be an increase to your current package.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications to ensure a strong cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job postings.
What you will have:  3+ years experience as an recruitment professional in mining, logistics, oil and gas or other relevant field.
Exposure to both Blue and White collar recruitment is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
