You will be dealing with a high-profile white-collar portfolio covering roles from Admin through to Managers. Flexible, adaptable, and resilient approach – ability to work within a consistently changing and fluid environment, with strong interpersonal skills to communicate and manage a variety of stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Demonstrated experience in building relationships with multiple stakeholders including an influencing and strategic partnering mindset. Effective experience with sourcing/headhunting, screening, and interviewing candidates via telephone and in person to assess candidate skills, experience, education, fit with organisational culture, and other characteristics necessary to fill positions.
