The Role We are looking to hire a Recruitment Advisor to join our fabulous National team. This could suit an experienced, hit the ground running recruiter; however, we will also consider someone more junior, looking to carve out a career in recruitment with a global powerhouse. Reporting to the National Recruitment Manager, you'll join a team of trusted advisors who live & breathe customer centricity – we bring to the table pride, passion, and personality!
Key Duties Ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process from taking the job specification, sourcing, assessment, and all activities leading through to their first day at site. Delivering an outstanding candidate experience at all points of the process. Building strong and effective relationships with the business managers and offering excellent customer service at all levels. Sourcing and managing a talent pool and deploying them to sites at short notice. Proactively working as part of our great team and providing assistance to others when required. The Person Previous experience managing high volume/campaign/project-based recruitment would be an advantage but not essential. Experience in a fast-paced recruitment, HR, or similar role.
