Job Description
Your new role as Recruitment Advisor is responsible for delivering effective and compliant recruitment support to various areas of the business that are based regionally.
This support will be provided to both internal and external stakeholders in accordance with relevant legislation, policies, organisational directives and work instructions.
Responsibilities include:
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes including but not limited to planning collaboratively with hiring managers to strategise approaches to filling vacant positions.
Developing & placing job adverts on job search platforms, social media or through agency stakeholders.
Phone screening, development of interview guides & checklists, driving and coordinating the interviews, reference checking, participating in all interviews.
Recommendations to Managers on successful candidates, onboarding candidates and candidate and talent pool management.
In conjunction with the P&C Manager, assist to develop and contemporise recruitment and induction procedures.
Maintain and update relevant recruitment and HR systems seeking innovative solutions for the system to run effectively and efficiently.
Continue to seek contemporary and fit for purpose solutions to the effective selection, recruitment and retention of appropriate talent.
Proactively seek out partners in the community to attract candidates and develop supporting materials to reflect processes.
Guide Managers through the recruitment process by providing timeframes and managing their expectations, ensuring the correct HR processes are followed.
Providing regular reporting on talent and recruitment.
What you'll need to succeed:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in Human Resources specifically with end to end recruitment experience.
Qualification in human resources or related field.
Well-developed communication skills and the ability to work effectively both within a team and independently.
Proficiency and experience in using a range of recruitment applications, including a computerised recruitment/HR/Payroll system.
Well-developed analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and set work priorities to meet given timeframes.
Knowledge and commitment to equality and Diversity and Occupational Safety and Health principles relating to all aspects of employment and service delivery.
Valid driver's license.
Police clearance.
