We currently have an opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team as Recruitment Advisor based in Coffs Harbour. The Role - A Day in the Life of a Recruitment Advisor As a Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for building relationships with local businesses and brokering opportunities for our customers (whether that's an apprenticeship or a work opportunity). If you are the type of person who can strike up a conversation with anyone and build positive, long-standing working relationships, then we want to hear from you!
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
Providing high-level personalised support and service to our customers Actively promoting ETC's services to local industry, employers, and jobseekers Seeking opportunities to increase business opportunities through employment and training Achieve agreed objectives and targets Develop and maintain relationships with employers and industry to understand and respond to employer needs within the local labour market Criteria for Success Customer service skills and/or experience Exceptional communication skills A high level of computer literacy Ability to meet monthly KPI targets A passion for helping others A current, clear National Police Check A current NSW Working With Children Check Why work for ETC We pride ourselves on offering a positive work culture and environment for employees to achieve their best.
