We currently have an opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team as Recruitment Advisor within our Transition to Work contract.
The Role - A Day in the Life of a Recruitment Advisor As a Recruitment Advisor you will be working closely with employers, employer groups and industry to market ETC's services across employment, training and community.
This includes reverse marketing TtW Participants to employers to obtain sustainable employment.
It also involves brokering vacancies and traineeships within the local area to obtain job and work experience opportunities, in order to achieve ETC's business and contractual objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities will include; Providing high level personalised support and service to our customers Actively promoting ETC's services to local industry, employers and jobseekers Seeking opportunities to increase business opportunities through employment and training Achieve agreed objectives and targets Develop and maintain relationships with employers and industry to understand and respond to employer needs within the local labour market Criteria for Success Customer service skills and/or experience Exceptional communication skills A high level of computer literacy Ability to meet monthly KPI targets A passion for helping others A current, clear National Police Check A current Working With Children Check / QLD Blue Card Why work for ETC We pride ourselves on offering a positive work culture and environment for employees to achieve their best.
